Booked a little weekend away and the communication was solid. The messages were clear and easy to follow. I did have to wait a bit for one reply, but they answered my question and kept me Updated after that. Overall, I was happy with how it all went.

My trip kept getting changed, and then it ended up being cancelled. I don’t have every detail on why it happened, but from my side the cancellation info was really confusing and it took way too long to get a straight answer. Maybe there was more going on behind the scenes, but the whole experience was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t book with them again.

For the price, I was happy with it. The hotel was fine, nothing fancy, but cheap enough and did the job for a weekend away. We ended up having a proper laugh, so no complaints really. If anything, I regret not just booking it earlier instead of overthinking it. Definitely worth the money...

"Payment was easy enough"
So... paying for my booking on bigweekends.com was simple overall. I used my card, it went through without any issues, and the confirmation email came through not long after, so I wasn’t left worrying about it.
The only thing that knocked it down a bit for me was that the page took a little while to load after I hit pay, so I did have that brief “did that work?” moment. It was all fine in the end though...

"Really nice place to stay"
The room was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected for a weekend trip. The beds were good, the bathroom was tidy, and check-in was easy. I’m usually a little skeptical about dealing with customer service at hotels because it can be hit or miss, but thankfully I didn’t really need much from them. Overall, I’d book here again.

By the end of the weekend, I was mostly just relieved it was over. We booked our group trip through bigweekends.com, and while it wasn’t a complete disaster, the whole thing felt way more stressful than it needed to be.
The biggest problem was the itinerary. Times kept changing, a few details were unclear, and we kept having to check emails or ask what was going on. Some activities were packed too close together too, so we ended up rushing around a lot. For what we paid, I really expected things to run more smoothly.

I booked our weekend through bigweekends.com and, to be honest, I was really happy with how it all turned out. The activities were proper good fun and everything ran on time, which made the day feel easy and stress-free. The staff were friendly and got everyone involved without making it awkward or being too pushy. We tried a few different activities and none of it felt cheap or rushed. Everyone in our group had a laugh, even the ones who weren’t too sure about it at first. I’d definitely use them again for another weekend away.

"Fun weekend spot with a good nightlife vibe"
Had a really good weekend here. The location was pretty much spot on, with loads of bars close by, so it was easy to just head out and see where the night went. The nightlife was lively and fun... only slight downside was the queues at a few places, but nothing that ruined it. Overall, I had a great time.

I just had a quick question and wasn’t expecting much, but customer service got back to me really fast and sorted it out with no hassle. Everything was simple and easy. Then suddenly I was like, wait, why can’t every company be this straightforward? Anyway, I’d happily use them again...
